Frequently asked questions
Do employees need to install anything?
No. Signatures are rendered centrally and injected through the Outlook add-in and server-side processing, so there is nothing for end users to configure.
Which mail clients are supported?
Outlook for Windows, Mac, mobile and Outlook on the web (OWA), plus any client sending through Exchange Online.
What permissions does Footersly require?
Read access to your directory via Azure AD (users, and optionally groups) so signatures can be populated and targeted automatically.
Can I target different signatures to different teams?
Yes. Map templates to specific Azure AD groups and only the members of those groups receive that signature.
