One place to manage the details

A small part of your email.
A big part of your brand.

Different logos. Old job titles. Outdated campaign banners. Footersly brings signature management into one workspace, so the details that represent your business are easier to get right.

01 /

Make your brand the standard

Create and manage shared signature templates with your logos, colours, imagery and contact information. Give teams a consistent starting point without asking everyone to build their own footer.

02 /

Keep people’s details connected

Synchronise users and selected group memberships from Microsoft Entra ID through Microsoft Graph. Use directory information to personalise names, roles, departments and contact details.

03 /

The right signature for the right team

Use eligibility rules based on user attributes and group membership. Support different departments, locations and company identities while keeping template management central.

04 /

Give employees controlled flexibility

Let people choose from eligible signatures and update the profile fields you allow. Administrators decide which details can be edited, keeping personalisation within your brand rules.

05 /

Manage disclaimers consistently

Maintain disclaimer text centrally and apply selection rules for the relevant users. Keep approved wording alongside your signature workflow when company requirements change.

06 /

Understand adoption

Review reported add-in usage, active users and internal or external recipient categories. Use the usage view and diagnostics to investigate rollout questions and support your users.

Shared standards. Clear responsibilities.

Built around the people
behind your emails.

For IT and administrators

Connect directory data, configure tenant settings and manage access. Use signature testing and diagnostics to check the setup before a wider rollout.

For marketing and brand teams

Bring signature designs and campaign messages into a shared workspace. Keep the visual identity consistent as teams, roles and priorities change.

For people and operations teams

Use directory information to reflect your organisation’s structure. Manage approved disclaimer wording and define which profile details employees can maintain.

For every sender

Access eligible signatures through the Outlook add-in and the personal signature area. Spend less time formatting contact details and more time on the conversation.

that matter.

Clear answers for planning your signature rollout.

What does Footersly manage?

Signature templates, directory-based personalisation, eligibility rules, campaign banners, disclaimers and selected self-service profile fields, with usage and diagnostic views for administrators.

How are signatures added in Outlook?

The Outlook add-in retrieves and inserts signatures for eligible users. Deployment and behaviour depend on your Outlook client and configuration; validate your organisation’s client versions during the pilot.

Can different departments use different signatures?

Yes. Signature eligibility can use directory attributes and group membership, allowing teams to use different templates within the same managed workspace.

Can employees change their details?

Administrators can allow specific fields to be edited. Employees can maintain those details and choose from signatures made available to them.

Does usage reporting measure campaign clicks?

The current usage view reports add-in activity and adoption. It should not be treated as a report of banner clicks, conversions or campaign revenue.

What should we check before deploying?

Confirm tenant permissions, directory fields, eligible users and supported Outlook clients. Test your templates, disclaimers and campaign rules with a pilot group before expanding access.
